If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note that custom-made pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged; these items are clearly marked as custom at the time of purchase.
